Able McGrath are a well established real estate and property management business located in Perth’s western suburbs. Back in 2014, Able McGrath trialed the services of Beau and his team on a few of the rental properties in their portfolio.
Solution 
The property management team loved the reliability of the services and expanded the number of properties for the Preferred Group to manage. Services included the scheduled maintenance of lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, retic and spraying required to keep a property well kept.
Result 
As well as the weekly, fortnightly and monthly maintenance scheduled on the rental properties, Preferred Group also take care of cleaning up the outside of properties for sale and garden tidy-ups when rental properties are vacated.
