Scenario 
Bellcourt are a strata management company based in Perth’s western suburbs. Some of their older residences were tired and in need of a spruce up and ongoing maintenance service.
Solution 
These large, older apartments in the Western suburbs required a lot of TLC. The Preferred Group completely refurbished the irrigation system so that they could then proceed with total replanting.
Result 
The outside of the property was completely revitalised with new, thriving plants and a modern reticulation system. Bellcourt were impressed with the result and proceeded to engage Preferred Group with the ongoing maintenance of the landscapes at this property and others in their portfolio.
