Colliers provide commercial property management services to a large shopping centre and required a competitively priced maintenance contract for the external gardens and lawns.
Solution 
Preferred Group designed a fortnightly maintenance program. Continuingly being competitively priced over 7 years, they have also regularly provided new planting for the centre.
Result 
Due to the reliability of the team at Preferred Group, they continue to deliver the landscaping maintenance at the shopping centre and have also been appointed to manage the landscapes at the Alcoa building in Booragoon, also managed by Colliers.
