The brief
Harvey Norman’s Mandurah site needed more than a tidy-up. The entire network of garden beds had deteriorated, the irrigation was no longer fit for purpose, and the carpark tree wells had been neglected. The client wanted the whole site addressed in one go.
The result
The Mandurah site was unrecognisable once the work was complete. Every garden bed across the property had been cleared, replanted and brought back to life, while the carpark tree wells, previously among the most neglected areas of the site, were restored and replanted to sit neatly within the overall landscape. The new irrigation system, designed specifically to hold up through Perth’s harsh summer months, ensured that the investment in fresh planting would not be undone by the heat. From a customer experience perspective, the improvements were immediately noticeable, with the grounds now projecting a far more professional and well-maintained image.
